The trip to the tower was great, the bells ring on the hour we went at 12 and were close to the bells, - fingers in ears. Architecture good, however cathedral was very bare inside

Easy access from Bresierres Metro line. Very impressive and dominates the skyline. Great views from the bridge
I went here recently and the cathedral itself is nice with a fair bit to see but if your able I would really recommend climbing to the top of the cathedral for some real fantastic views. There is a 360 degree platform that you can walk around and the picture taking opportunities are really good. Highly recommended.

A very good place where to pray, meditate and listen to peculiar concerts during the Lausanne festivals. I suggest to have a look more than once a year, there's always something interesting that pass by.
This building actually looks like what you see in the Christmas cards! With a history that goes with it to boot! Within walking distance to the city centre, you can't miss it on your trip to Lausanne. Do budget a day to visit this place and surrounding.
In the days of my visit there was a huge crib, really very nice! Very collecting the atmosphere inside ...
