What a fantastic experience, we were out on the 1st of April and saw blue whales. A one of a kind life time experience. Crew was fabulous and the hot chocolate and cinammon buns rounded off the whole experience. Would recommend to anyone.

they have nice oak boats and they will sail all over the sound looking for whales, sometimes they are too enthusiastic in trying to please and we ended up almost on the other shore!

If you find yourself in north Iceland, you should definitely check out the North Sailing whale watching tour in Husavik. Being up-close to these incredible creatures was truly amazing and the service was excellent. The whale watching was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Iceland!

Excellent crew and ships. Cost was about $50.00 CAD for 3hrs to see several different species of whale. It was not crowded onboard but this was near the end of the season (Aug 19th) so in peak season I imagine there would be more passengers.
