We took the catamaran fast ferry from Tromso at 10.15am which arrives in Finssnes at 11.35 just in time to link up with the northbound Hurtigruten which leaves at 11.45 and gets back into Tromsø at 2.30pm. Took up the idea from a previous contributor. Sails on Monday - Wednesday - Friday at 0710 taking two hours or on Saturday at 0800. A simple way to see the fjords and mountains all for the sum of 169 Nok per adult. Service run by Torghatten Nord and leaves from a pontoon just along from the Hurtigruten berth.
