Really liked the zoo and the staff happy to chat and share information, smaller than expected but the animals were great to see. Cafe staff not so helpful though!

Great little zoo with children having opportunity to hear about animals and touch them. The admission charge is good value and the café is reasonable. Its a great venue for an afternoon with young and old. All our family like this place and although local to us we visit at least once or twice a year
Visited the zoo today, although price seemed high £35 for a family ticket it was well worth it, lots to see and really good enclosures with space for animals. Staff put on a talk and show diff animals every half hour, we saw the otter and alpaca presentations. Also had food in cafeteria which was great also. Spent 3 hours...

We come here regularly as we live fairly close. It's a great place to come and see some happy and healthy animals in a beautiful location. It's not very big but being disabled, I can easily get around the whole zoo. The talks and feeding sessions are always interesting and the keepers are always friendly and helpfull. We think its...

We had a fantastic day at the zoo while our daughter had her experience of being a zookeeper for a day. The staff were wonderful and made the day really enjoyable.
We really loved this attraction. Having been to Paignton Zoo 2 years ago I wasn't really sure what to expect. It is much smaller but I liked it all the more for that. You feel a lot closer to the animals and it just feels a much cosier, friendlier experience.
Entrance price was reasonable at £40 for three adults and...

We visited on the Bank Holiday weekend with a 10 year-old in tow and had a fantastic time. The keepers are very friendly, approachable and keen to answer any questions about the animals. The interactive sessions are the best I've seen - possibly partly because the crowds aren't as big as in other zoos which means it's so much more...

Being in a wheelchair, we thought it might be difficult getting around Exmoor Zoo, but the slopes weren't too bad and there were plenty of rest places and viewing points. Very informative talks from knowlegeable keepers made the day more interesting.
My partner and I visited the zoo whilst on holiday in Woolacombe. We had a fantastic time and you definitely get good value for money. Make sure you go to all the talks about the animals, it's makes it all the more worth while.
