We had a Melbourne entertainment book voucher for Polly Woodside so decided we would use it whilst in Melbourne. WOW! The little museum at the beginning was interesting but the tour of the ship was fantastic! The lady who did the tour was so enthusiastic the entire time and really made it exciting. SHe involved all of the kids on... More

Not well maintained, expensive for what it is, could use painting. Great for bored tourists. We visited years ago (live in Melbourne) but friends have said nothings changed in many years.

We had expected this to be a wander round an old important ship with our three children aged 13, 11 and 6, but it was ten times better than that! Justin aka Bertie was the unconventional tour guide who made all the adults laugh and all the children listen. It is hard to keep the attention of children and adults of... More

The " Night Watch" on the Polly Woodside was an excellent way to spend an evening. This adults performance was genuinely funny and the actor performing it was fantastic, as well as being an opputunity to see the ship in a very different way. I would highly recommend this as well as the family day tours.

A nice place to take a stroll and enjoy the sunshine in the day and do some shopping around the area. At night, it's an excellent place for couple with nice ambience restaurants around and great view of the riverside.

To be able to board the Polly Woodside and see how cramped the quarters were for the crew and appreciate the risks they took in sailing this vessel such distances. Our children when the were youngsters loved it as did my husband and I

Just discovered Melbourne's best kept secret performance - The 'Night Watch' at the Polly Woodside! Nothing better than spending a warm evening on a classic old ship with masts almost the size of the modern buildings and landmarks with their city lights that surround it. What a remarkable contrast to take this all in on the deck of a wonderfully... More

It is a way to be on the water on a boat that dosent go anywhere. An interesting boat but nothing too special.
