It was listed as free family entertainment but it was just free entry and you paid per activity. They had a maze and other things but didn't appeal to us.
We found the Mind Junction very expensive for the type of activities available. We played with the remote control trains and boats and saw the Lego display. Not worth the money we spent, although entry was free, each game has a short time limit and the fun is over very soon.
Spent an hour here just attempting to do the puzzles this is all free. There is heaps to do here, each activity has an individual price but they will allow a family to all have a go within the 10 or 15minute time span i.e. in the flight simulator and shooting range. Our children could have spent all day here... More
We had visited this venue shortly after it was opened under a different name. The quality and amount of puzzles seems to have diminished - with almost no puzzle-books for adult puzzlers. Everything to do is charged for - could be an expensive outing.
We went to Mind Junction hoping that it would be like a North Island version of Puzzle World in Wanaka, unfortunately it is not quite there yet but we could see the potential this place has. We enjoyed mini golf as a family, and the maze was also fun. Thanks for providing a picture option to find in the maze... More
Our first time and we really enjoyed it. We spent 3 hours on doing the ultimate pass. Our children were busy and loving it. I'm not sure how many times it would keep your attention if you came over and over again probably once is enough or stretch to twice would be ok.I was very impressed with the owner (?) very... More
Honestly, that was one if the worst places I have ever been too, after paying over 100 dollars for a family pass, this did not cover small activity a such as remote control boating and an electric train set that cost 4 and 2 dollars per every 5 minutes. The hologram room looked like they had taken enlarged stickers and... More
Had a fun morning at mind junction. The Mini golf course is excellent- very well maintained. The Lego display is awesome!!! Worth heading out there just to see that! The maze is fun, too. You pay for what you do, so can be as cheap or as expensive as you want. A house of mirrors or something like that would... More
I loved the fact that I was lost but I wasnt, the maze was excellant and the kids had plenty of things to do I felt at ease when I couldnt see them,
