It's a nice place for a walk, especially the garden in the back of the building. if you stay in Warsaw for at least few weeks and have already seen the top 20 places, this may be another idea for a weekend.

If the weather is fine, this garden is well worth a visit. You can reach the garden by stairs outside the university building. On the roof you find plants, flowers, paths, pergolas, a bridge over the glass roof and benches where you enjoy the view over Warsaw and the Wisla river. And at several places you can have a peek...

close to the copernicus science center, worth to visit if the weather is good. i spent there a couple of hours reading a book, really relaxing view and unusual location in Warsaw.
If you have some time to spend and the weather is good, this place is certainly worth visiting. The gardens on the roof are the most attractive thing about the place. Take a book, cup of coffee ... find a free bench, relax and take in the scenery.
excellent occasion to walk around ... on the roof, close to Vistula river and science centre of Kopernik

Now I'm passing on that favor. The library is decorated with seven giant (and artificially antiqued) slabs representing humanity's scholarship...

Make sure and visit the garden/terrace on the roof of the library - great place with original views of the old town and river.

The garden around the library is open all year round, however the rooftop garden can be visited only between April and October (and is off limits...
