This place is free. Its interesting. It has some great interactive displays. A pretty good museum, all things considered. BUT that's all. It's ok. Not bad. Good way to pass an hour (max). If the weather is bad. Unmissable? Nope.
Very informative and interesting. Well located on Gedimines ave. Reasonable to see. Very friendly personnel. Also useful for our "moneyWorld"
We visited the ground floor first and found the displays extremely well set up & informative. The young girl who was managing the museum was fantastic & made us really welcome and had a wealth of knowledge about the exhibits. The interactive map is somewhere I could had sat & played with for hours, so informative. Apart from learning about...

We visited as it was a snowy day and wanted to keep warm. We were ushered to visit the bottom floor first which we found rather dull. Once we went upstairs it was a totally different story! We spent at least 45 minutes on the interactive map which was very informative, great training if you have aspirations to appear on...

I could never think Money Museum can be interesting, Got there just by mistake :) Still, now I know what is Google :)
It really is average. Yes, interesting to know your value if you were made out of gold or silver, but that is the biggest attraction. Not to worry if you were to miss this museum.
A really nice museum. Modern, new, informative. It was not overly large. Free entry. Has its interactive elements. Worth a visit if you hapen to be nearby. P.S The entrance to the museum is right on the corner. :)
Modern, they've put great thought into little extras which make it so much more enjoyable - like calculating your value in gold, and a big screen interactive summary of international currencies, GDPs, etc... Really a great find that we came across on tripadvisor- and the people aren't wrong!
The staff is very friendly here. The museum is located in the center of the town. It´s free and they have coins and bills from different places in the world. Very interesting!
