We buy our jerky no where but here.. its the best Slim jims and turkey jerky are the favorites in our car. We always stop to and from Marquette. Cant wait till later today :)

This is a must stop when in the U P of Michigan. Always fresh jerky and cheese curds. The pork is the best when they have it. Good food to munch on when motorcycling in the U P. They also have BP gas and other stuff to eat and drink. Only a short drive from the Mac bridge.

The smoked fish is awesome and their home-made "slim jims" are the real deal. A must stop for any one traveling across the UP. Also bought their seasonings and packaged dried soups.

Pricing for smoked fish was incredible! $5/lb for smoked trout, $6/lb for smoked salmon. We don't know how to fillet fish but it flaked apart so easily - didn't even need to do much.
