Very nice oasis among the stone walls! High diversity of vegetation and couple of fountains. You'll be happy to spend couple of hours there during hot afternoon.
What a difference comparing to the rest of the city. It's quiet, clean and cool. Perfect place to relax, sit down and think about you're trip and make you're plans. It even has really clean toilets! Take you're time and relax here!!!
I liked this place because it provided a needed break from the sometimes overwhelmingness of the Medina. There's plenty of greenery although for those of you that are looking for lush gardens, this won't satisfy. This park, just near Bab Boujloud, is a delightful escape from the intensity of the Medina and what can be a rather harsh landscape in Morocco in general. We went to Jardins Jnan Sbil twice whilst in Fes to escape the noise, claustrophobia, and hecticity of the medina. The gardens are pretty, particularly the entrance and the palm tree island.
