It could really be a beautiful beach! The sunsets are amazing & the views are just gorgeous- but there is rubbish everywhere. We didn't even want to walk along it. Really dissappointing.

We went to this beach in the early morning and were pleased at the lack of tourists - we were the only ones on the beach. It was only 6am, but considering the size of this village I would not expect that the beach would be that crowded during the day. There are quite a few stay dogs that roam... More

One of the quieter beaches but still some great beachfront restaurants and all the facilities of the busier areas. The water is always calm and clear but a little bit of debris in off season.

A nice beach, lots of rubbish always washing up as is the case for every beach in Phuket We were staying at Indigo Pearl at Nai Yang and we preferred the resort pool In the morning you may be lucky to catch the local fisherman coming in at the Northern End and see them selling the fresh catch to the... This area of Phuket used to be very good indeed. Now it is a shadow of its former glory. The place is trashy and looks unkept. Why the Madagasgar Bar has to have its music speakers aimed down the road, blaring at full blast is beyond my understanding. This is not going to win you customers. Be careful where you... More

Nai yang beach is a very calm, flat beach with umbrellas, which is great if you are travelling with children. although the water is slightly brownish due to the light brown sand, i was a little disappointed with.

Its a lovely arched bay, with a kite surfing centre. The sunset was lovely. The sea was calm and lots of swimmers. Sadly as with many Thia beaches it did have a fair bit of rubbish in the sea and on the sand.

This little beach has everything for the more mature traveller. Good clean sand, Safe water. No background traffic noise or fumes. There’s a choice of excellent restaurants with very keen prices – check out Linda’s, Phen’s and Fiesta. All three gave us first class service and food to match. At night you’ll eat on the sand in a candlelight atmosphere... More

Liked it when the tide was in and the sun was out - that was when it was at its most attractive. Disliked the rubbish along the high tide line.
