It was definitely the highlight of our trip in Hanoi. Zom and Ly met us exactly on time at our hotel. We did not have an itinerary and just told them that we like to do what they would like to do. We first went and got the egg coffee which was very good. It was at a place we... More

We arrived in Hanoi on the 11th of May and did a day with Hanoi Kids, with our four kids. Bach was our guide, his English and knowledge on Vietnam and Hanoi was fantastic. We asked him to take us to a local place he would eat at and he did and it was fantastic. The kids highlight was when... More

We booked online (couldn't be easier) and spent a memorable half day with 2 enthusiastic young students. We asked a lot of questions as we visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & the Temple of Literature and so did they - it felt like a real cultural exchange. It was also lovely to hop in & out of cabs &... Hanoikids deserve all the kudos they are getting on and off TripAdvisor. Our guide, Linh, a bubbly young girl spoke very good english and was able to bring us around several interesting places around Hanoi despite the fact that we had only booked for half a day tour. I would highly recommend using Hanoikids for your tour around Hanoi BUT... More

When we prebooked our tour, giving a list of things we would like to do, we were not entirely sure what to expect. But it was absolutely fabulous. We had Ha and Tien and they were just wonderful. Were at our hotel on time, their knowledge excellent and the whole tour went smoothly and was very enjoyable. It was not... More

I have no idea why this kind of organization hasn't sprung up all over the world - perhaps it has but I've not come across it before! For us, a group of four, the day we spent with our two ambassadors was a highlight of our trip. As a teacher of English I am used to talking to students on... More

We had 2 college students meet us at our hotel and go with us to the Ethnology Museum and the Ho Chi Minh Complex. It's free of charge because the students want to improve their English. Both of our guides spoke good English and were knowledgeable about the sites. They spent all day with us, were very friendly and interested... More

We booked our tour two weeks prior and wanted to visit the mausoleum, temple of literature and west lake on a Monday but found out that some of the attractions would be closed so we moved the tour to the Tuesday morning which we confirmed three days prior via an easy communication by email. We waited for 20 minutes this... More
