Paul and Hai are brilliant. They sorted out my visa extension for the cheapest price we could find. We then went on to book 2 more tours with them, they were both very reasonably priced and of good, quality. They are truly an honest bunch and very helpful, that much cannot be said for alot of tour companies in Hanoi.
