Both the architectural design of the building and the centuries' worth of treasures are definitely worth a visit.

Very well organized. All are pricey collections. Decent cafeteria to relax. Good location and right on the cornice.

The architecture of the museum building is amazing and worth the trip alone to see this outstanding design and beautiful massive green park grounds. The admission is FREE and there are lots of very interesting exhibits. The staff is very courteous and helpful. A great afternoon alone or for the whole family.

Beautiful architecture, wonderful exhibits and very well done. Staff were welcoming and very accommodating with our two young children. Shocked that it was free. A highlight of our travels around the Middle East!

Great museum, very beautiful inside and out. Even if you don't enjoy museums, you will enjoy this one. This is a must go spot in Doha. If you are in Doha as a family or even just for work, you will love it, the picturesque grounds is definitely worth walking by. Above all, the museum is free.

They do have great exhibits and great location for a museum. A lovely concept and dont miss the museum shops - the items are really cool and reasonable price

Very impressive collection of Islamic art from all regions and all periods. Particularly interesting for Westerners with little prior knowledge / exposure to this art scene.
