The Corniche beach has very warm turquoise colored water with white sand. It is a spectacular view with dunes & dessert in one side of the water and skyscrapers on the other. Simply amazing.
After the marvelous construction developing done to the Cornish, I can say that you can enjoy every minute over there, Relaxing, jogging, swimming, tanning and much more. Especially between December till April

Since the weather was unexpectedly soo good in the month of may. I enjoyed spending my evenings by the waterfront. Only regret is that there is no Shisha.
Since I am a beach lover, I could not pass up the opportunity to sit in some sand and stare out at the water. Very relaxing, and lots of cafes along the boardwalk.
