Just a delightful place to visit, peaceful and beautiful. the design has a serene quality hard to imagine in the middle of Kowloon.

What a hidden gem! And at no charge as well. The gardens were very well maintained and the bonsai garden blew us away. The Chi Lin nunnery was so tranquil and the vegetarian restaurant behind the waterfall was totally unexpected - excellent food and service. We spent an entire afternoon there. Easy access by MTR to Diamond Hill.

Next to the Chi Lin Nunnery, it's a place of quietness next to the big city. A place to spend hours. Unfortunately it was raining when we went there. But still nice even in the rain.

beautiful and peaceful place just a few steps from a very busy shopping mall. It didn't however "blow our mind away", like our travel guide said, but still absolutely worth a visit! It is so tranquil compared to the busy city. The park supervisors are very strict, we weren't even allowed to eat a cookie on a bench.

So easy to get to by bus and makes you glad to be alive. Note- no food to be eaten in the grounds but there are 2 eating places. If you like water, bonsai and topiary, this is heaven.

These gardens nestle into the city miraculously creating an island of peaceful meditation in the most populous and bustling city possible. Visually beautiful, with wonderful birdlife and manicured gardens and temples...gorgeous!

We visited this park and the Chi Lin nunnery on a warm and humid May Day. It is worth the visit and is immaculately cared for and a beautiful space. Would recommend to everyone
