We had no problem using the subway to get to Quilin stop, and then easily found a taxi and it was only 2,000 pesos each way. Although there were lots of passengers in the metro cars, the system is very modern and well signed. The buildings of this winery are historic and lovely - and mostly for show. Found the... More

This winery is one of the closest you can go in Santiago. Not as spectacular as other touristic ones, but very instructive. Good prices too, why not?

We were surprised with this visit. It is one of the oldest winerys in Chile. The tour takes you through the original buildings providing examples of the old methods and equipment, from bottle racks, the filling and corking when it was all done by hand. The cellars are a treat in themselves, displaying vintage samples from the 20's. The stories... More

We visited Cousino Macul last month and enjoyed very much the visit. We chose this winery because we like their wines (Antiguas Reservas has a good price, around US$15,00) and it is easy to get there. You do not need to buy a tour from a company, just take the Metro train (line 4) to Quilin station and from there... More

My brother and I did the English tour and basic tasting. The tour was very informative and you get to see old fermentation barrels as well as the new modern equipment. It was interesting hearing how the process has developed. I also enjoyed seeing the families private wine library, which was huge and had bottles dating many years back, I... More

Very friendly winery - were immediately made to feel at home. Guide was excellent - fluent english and extremely knowledgable, very able to answer all our questions. Tour included 3 wines to taste and a glass to take home which seems to be fairly standard for the price.

Amazing tour, you can book it in Spanish, English and some guides speak Portuguese as well. This vineyard is a family property, so it's really unique. Amazing wines only sold in Chile, what makes really interesting to taste them. A must-visit near Santiago, really close from the Quilin subway station (blue line) Really romantic, but also really interesting for families... More

This small winery is a good contrast to the big ones. We booked the tour through Viator who did a good job with transport, etc. The wine tour was one on one and the guide knew his stuff. The gift of a glass at the end was a nice touch. If you are into wines, this is a recommended vineyard-... More

We arranged a private tour and tasting in advance and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It's a beautiful winery-about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from La Condes area of Santiago but felt a world away with the vineyards, nice cellars list by candle light and wonderful family history. All the wines are very good and in a variety of price ranges.... More

Just visited this winery and although I walked in the wrong direction upon arrival at Quilin, I sprinted back in the RIGHT direction after being told I was way off track. Made it to the winery and was escorted to my guide, who was the most adorable hipster with a sense of humor and knowledge of wine. I was hooked.... More
