I've taken many bike rides on this trail oiver the past 18-months. I usually start in Annapolis and ride to Severna park or further. Their 10 foot wide path is well maintained with many areas to stop for a quick break. The scenery is wonderful and the path is fairly level (not too many hills), which offers the novice rider... Good bike trail, well signed, reasonable places to stop for food and water, other services. There are a number of streets to cross in the early going from Annapolis but not bad.

I ride B&A trail almost every month. Beautiful views, not very crowded, well kept asphalt lane. In summer time it is well shaded and not very hot. The trail goes through the densely populated suburbia, but it is well hidden by dense woods. There are drinking water fountains and one café directly on the trail. By the end of the... More

When the B&A Trail opened up there were great expectations. A relatively isolated public trail in a densely populated suburban area. It has lived up to it's projections and more. Go out any day and especially on the weekends and you will see walkers, joggers, inline skaters, bikers and even horses on occasion. The only downside to it's success is... More

This trail is great for walking and bike riding. It feels safe no matter what time of day you are on it.

Since we live in Annapolis, we try to get out on this trail as often as we can since it's close by and a great bike trail. We drive to mile 1 and bike to mile 8 or so and then turn around a bike back. We usually make a stop at Severna Park town center for either a quick... More

Bikers need to be cautious due to multi use but a very picturesque off road and paved trail that goes from Annapolis to Baltimore. Check maps for exact location and parking.

Great place to bike, run, or walk. There are some walking bridges, but some of the intersections in the northern parts are very busy and do not have pedestrian overpasses.

I take this trail from the Light Rail stop at Cromwell or Linthicum. From Cromwell just cross Dorsey Rd and go right about 30 feet, then turn left onto the paved trail. You can access a post office (Glen Burnie) and a library (North County Area), Marley Mall, Jumpers Mall, a bike shop, coffee shops, etc. The trail is mostly... More
