They give an interesting tour of the coffe growing and processing operation,and there's a delightful museum of musical instruments on the site, focussed mainly on the marimba. The coffee tastes excellent too and can be mailed overseas.

As Guatemala has the third best coffee in the world (our guide told us this), it is definitely a good idea to visit a "finca". The Azotea was a special experience. The tour is informative and enjoyable. There are good guides and a shop where you can buy coffee and presents.
