Didn't climb all the way up the hill (it's a huge park) but went to just the first look-out point after the stairs. Nice views of Split. Better to go in the late afternoon/at sunset when the sun is shining on the buildings of Split, rather than directly in your face as it is in the morning.

Nice hike to the top of the hill. Great view, then we went to the zoo. It would be a great zoo if the bears had larger cages. They were pacing back and forth and didn't appear to have much room. This hill provides nice views from the top, however there are so many stairs that you must take to get up to the top. There is a nice little cafe at the top offering drinks and a nice place to rest. The views are ok, but not worth the hike in my opinion.

Very nice view at the top. Sun was shining. My son had such a nice time in the park. There is a small zoo by the park. We did'nt go, maybe next time. Might want to take some time to wander around and something to drink and maybe snacks.

It's great for swimming, walking, running, driving bike, climbing the cliffs. And there are also some historic places. I've been to Jewish cemetery and two monasteries from 15th century that were built into the hill. From top you have great view on Split and surrounding islands.

Beautiful park and great to see the locals walking and enjoying it. Perfect views to the islands and back to Split. The little churches alongside the hill are amazing. A must see while in Split.

Take the short hike up to Marjan Hill and you will have an amazing view of Split and the Adriatic! Make sure you walk through the historic Jewish cemetery.
