View the city from above... a fantasic walk round! You might want to think about buying the 3 day Dubrovnik pass if your hotel is a bus ride from the old town - the pass includes the walls, 10 bus rides and a number of other smaller museums.

Clearly one of the top things to do in Dubrovnik. I can't be helpful in suggesting in again but I can be helpful in the timing of your visit. We got tied up and didn't get there until 18:30. The first steps up to the walls are very steep but the views are well worth it. It is very interesting. There are bars and shops around the walls to stop for refreshments.

If you're travelling to Dubrovnik, the City Walls should be your priority! Absolutely breathtaking views of the city, the coast, and of the mountains behind. Really gives you a sense of the city. We would advise the guided tour it cost about a tenner each but is well worth it as you learn a lot from the guide not just about the city but also Croatia itself.
