Good for a week's visit with great depth of history in a spectacular location. The only downsides are the crowds, the cruise ship invasions and its more expensive than it should be. More

It was the exact image I always had of a Mediterranean walled city, with narrow, stepped streets between pretty, white-bleached stone buildings each with a red roof, pretty restaurants, delicious ice cream, and a beautiful port. More

Loved the architecture, little narrow streets with cafes and shops. Everything looked pristine. Found some of the steps in the narrow streets a bit hazardous though. My friend fell and broke her ankle. More

The old town is a lovely place to spend a day or 2. If you eat & shop in the back streest off the main road its cheaper & the food is better. More
