Our tours are achievable by all and allow you to not only see a side to the Angkor Temples that many do not, but also to connect with the charming, real Cambodia that lies beyond the temples themselves. Countryside Tours, Introductory Temple Tours and a full day tour to Beng Melea make up our most popular Siem Reap programs. Our tours are family friendly and as the only operator in Siem Reap with specialist children's cycling equipment, we offer a safe and professional experience that families of all ages can enjoy. « less

We had a tour with Mr Chantha leaving at 4.45am to catch the sunrise at Angkor Wat then 3 hours exploring this fantastic place with fantastic commentary from Chantha. There were just the two of us with the guide (low season) so we could go at our own pace and ask as many questions as we liked. Chantha took us... More

I took the countryside tour, with my guide, Cham. We left just before 8am and returned, just before noon. it was excellent. We made several stops, including a local market, a monastery, a local families house and a refreshment stop. The bikes are great and the tour was 28km, on dirt tracks and paved roads. I thoroughly enjoyed it and... More

We took a full day bike tour of the main temples of Angkor in January 2013 as part of our honeymoon trip. Mr Chantha was our guide, and because nobody else signed up for the tour, we had him all to ourselves. He was a really wonderful guide--he had so much information about all of the temples, the history of... More

I did the sunrise tour which upon booking I thought was a little pricey, but after the tour realised it was good value. My guide was both fun and knowledgeable. Everything I needed was provided. There was a support van too incase you got tired or overheated! The bike was excellent and brand new I think. I will look to... More

We did the country side tour. Luckily was just my boyfriend and I. I was a bit afraid of riding a bike after 15 years (LOL) but our guide Thy was very pacient and we did a few stops. He showed us the country side, describing every single thing we passed by. He took us to a local market and... More

This is the third day tour I have made with Grasshopper Tours (the other 2 were in Bangkok) and this was another exceptional adventure. If you are prepared to get up early (I did the 5am sunrise tour), be prepared to cycle through the jungle in the heat then this is a must. One thing that struck me was that... More

A splendid day cycling the maze of paths and roads through and around the major temples. Art was our guide. He was informative, fun. I'd done the temples on moto and foot a decade ago. Cycling allows you to absorb more local scenery, including the several awe-evoking manmade moats, the forested areas surrounding the temples, kids playing in the water,... More

I was trying to find a way to see the main temples in Siem Reap, but keep our family active. We booked the Grasshopper Sunrise tour in Siem Reap. We were able to get our family of four out of bed ready to go at 5am! Our tour group was our family plus one other person plus two guides. We... More

A great bike tour. We each had our own bikes but I chose to pull my youngest son using a connector. Because some of the routes are on highways, only children who are old enough to act responsibly should be allowed to have their own bike. My oldest child at eight years had no problems. During the four hours or... More

Our guide was Sum and he was great, we were lucky as there was only 4 of us in total, plus Sum on the tour. Its a longish cycle but all at a steady speed and mainly on flat roads/paths, you stop regularly and dont do long stints. You get given plently of fresh water during the day, stop for... More
