I visited Dahab in April to complete my PADI scuba diving course as I wanted some warm clear water to dive in. Altogether I completed 12 dives in the area and the sites I dived were Blue Hole, Canyon, Eel Garden, Lighthouse, Bannerfish Bay, Golden Blocks, Islands, Moray Gardens and Um Sid. All of these sites provided places where you... More

Just 20 meters far from the beach the coral reef starts. Snorkeling around you will see many colored fish and corals. Unfortunately partly destroyed, but still enjoyable.

You can't go home without feeling part of this underwater Wonder world! The vibrant colours, the thoughts of what colours will be next and the wondering how big will they be. The clams with brilliant blue occupants were unbelievable.

We went on a glass-bottom boat - twice, we loved it. Took the family the second time and we were able to snorkel from the boat..that was a wonderful experience...

Brilliant house reef with a wide variety of fish and corals. Easy to access the water via a pontoon and steps - water was quite cold, some snorklers wore short wetsuits. Would recommend for all abilities of swimmers as the majority of fish can be seen a few metres from the steps.

We dived at the Lighthouse, Canyon, Eel Gardens, Moray Gardens, and Golden Blocks. They all had such gorgeous fish and coral. It was a spectacular sight. I would love to go again.

I would recommend the reefs to anyone. Lots of fish to see, full of colour and the sea was always nice and calm. I would recommend snorkelling with flippers as this makes getting around much easier in the water, meaning you can see more.

Some really spectacular dives - Canyon to blue hole is particularly memorable, The less notorious reefs are also a delight. Considering the number of people diving these reefs, they are in very good condition

I would definitely go back. The water is warm and clear and there are many fishes to see. I even saw an octopus.
