We were staying in Kuta, so Serangan bay was very convenient to travel to Gilis. Complimentary pick up at hotel was on time (I found the second schedule very convenient). The ride was comfortable. Takes a couple of hours from Serangan. Be prepared to wet your feet when you reach Gili as you have to wade through water!
