Went for an elephant ride at the safari and the guide kept pressing his feet on the elephant ears to make it walk faster. This was not my first elephant ride and I had a better one before. We felt that the elephants could be treated better. Saw some of the elephants being chained to trees on short lengths, resulting... More

Was advertised in the hotel, and never having been on or near an elephant before we decided to give it a try. We shouldn't have. The hour long elephant 'trek' is a 45 min stop/start wander around the outskirts of the park. Rubbish piles and rubble from buildings makes it feel like a walk through a tip, there are no... More

Elephant show was OK and the elephants seem happy enough. The elephant ride would have been a lot nicer if it did not take you through a rubbish dump. In fact there is trash every where which is a shame because it would be easy to clean the area up. We we're taken through a 20ft streatch of water and... More

There are nicer places to go if you want to ride elephants in hua hin. My family found it upsetting seeing the elephants chained up and swaying as they were being driven crazy from the lack of exercise and stimulation. There was even a baby elephant with about a foot length of chain between its leg and the tree, and... More

The elephant show was great!People were chosen as volunteers and got a FREE elephant massage! The crocodile and cobra show was not so fun because it was actually pretty scary .The guy was pretending to throw the snake at us and they kept one of the snake cages open. The elephant ride was fun but the ATV was not good because people... Very commercial, surprising how well they spoke English, but we skipped the shows & had a half hour elephant ride - great but enough and then a half hour quad bike ride - great fun & quite enough.

We were taken to this place by our tuc tuc driver. He obviously was getting a drop from the owners. We paid 1500 BT pp £30 each for and HOUR. As I had never been on an elephant I thought why not. After 5 mins and nothing to see and was holding on for dear life as only kept in... More

Went here on 2/1/13. Recommended by our 5* hotel. Safari camp came & collected us & dropped us back to our hotel afterwards. When we arrived we were shown a menu of tours/shows available and chose just to do elephant 1 hour ride and show. So cannot comment on Crocs & snakes. Whilst the tour & elephant show is expensive... We came here after a tuk tuk advert, and the moment we came we were ripped off with a crazy price. Eventually, my stand husband went quad biking, while I and my two daughters went elephant riding and crocodile and snake show. the elephant riding was nice, as the guy was friendly, and bought us a banana to feed our... I have been traveling to Thailand for over 15 years and this is the worst elephant farm, or safari, i have ever been to. 2000 bath per person for an elephant ride and some kind of show. The guy (who seemed to be in charge) was really rude and pushed people around as soon as we got out from the... More
