okay..if u are in langkawi..u must visit cenang..the area is happening and fun. u have a lot of restaurants, shops, malls, duty free shop, motels, everything!!!!...there were a lot of tourist from different parts of the countries..u almost feel like u are not in malaysia...at night it is pretty busy..but fun. the price most of the merchandise is pretty reasonable.... Beach was very near to Best Star resort .Very clean and beautiful beach. High waves and enjoy swimming. Good place for Water sports. Verity of foods available near by the beach

Good bathing experience and water sports. Nothing that I disliked as such.Did some banana boating and para diving.

Quite nice to walk along but we wouldn't want to hang out there on the beach. Too busy and commercial. lots of restaurants/bars if that is what you are looking for and of course the water-sports.
