The architecture is beautiful to view and the fact is was built on water gives it a different aspect. The 'lake' within which it was built was tidal, so drains were installed and blocked off at low tide for the construction. It is nice. It looks very beautiful on the water floating where opposite is the sea and the beautiful sky. Overall, if you have city tour in your package, for sure this place is including. Even its not included, not to worry, you will sure pass by this place for many times.

Teenage daughters throughly enjoyed visiting. Visitors warmly welcomed and wealth of information available. A must for any visit to a Muslim country.

Fortunately we had a guide with us that could explain alot about this mosque. The first impression was how large & spacious it was. Different stories for keeping males & females apart. The floor not only covered with carpets but also had beatiful tiles

Nice, picturesque but honestly it's not a place you will need to explain about in not less than 100 characters :)

We travelled on a Friday on our way to Mari Mari. A large mosque built on a lake worthy to visit and take a few photos without kids as our kids didnt enjoy this attractions.

nice architecture. looks amazing from the outside, especially at sunset. the mosque is relatively new, was built around 2000. you have to wear a robe to cover your body to get inside. friendly guide available to answer any questions.

The view of the mosque from certain angles truly does make it look like it is floating, it's worth a taxi ride just for the photographs
