Getting up to this cave is hard work, and walking around inside is more hard work, but it is fabulous! Good day out with lots of exercise and Bats.... The shear size of the caves is amazing and definately worth a visit. Make sure you go all the way through.

These caves are good, lots of steps. Would advise good walking shoes and I used a stick as I have a bad knee. Go slow and take it all in, be carefully of your footing on the way down, take a small torch with you or a head lamp.

If I had limited time in and around Kuching the Fairy Caves would probably not be my first priority, but if you've got the time they are absolutely worth the visit!
