The old courthouse is worth taking in on a stroll around Kuching. Only takes a few minutes as not much there really, but it is an attractive building.

The wooden ceiling fans and louvre windows in the cafe, still keeps the colonial feel alive. The grounds seem to be well kept as well.

charming location with lots of new food and beverage places, but I didn't stop to eat. Worth a visit if you're in kuching.

One of the few remaining colonial buildings, why are they tearing down history? Had a nice cool beer on the terrace. Magnificent trees in grounds.

The old courthouse has an excellent restaurant with friendly staff and good music. They serve wonderful food and I have to recommend the beef sandwich. It'll keep you going all day!

Worth walking around this place surrounding with old style building. It just opposite Waterfront market. Tourist information can be found here too.

Escaped the heat of the day and had a very pleasant lunch in this historic building. Plenty of local and international dishes to choose from. Quality of food and services was very good.

Tourist info centre is situated in the building. Went there to get a map and info where to rent a bike. Have a lunch in the cafe nearby the tourist centre. Food is quite good and I loved their interior and atmosphere!

The best cafe in Kuching which is just near the water front. This place remind me to europe style. perhaps the history legacy as a reason so that people who joint with this cafe is not just for fun but also for remembering what we forget about Serawak. :)
