Well, we were just greatful that a nice man let us in even when the gate was already closed. A quick and respectful exploration of the temple made me wish a patient Buddhist monk would mysteriously appear and give us a private tour:)
I guess we got there at the wrong time. The worship schedule is about to start. So, we were just given a few minutes to roam around the place. It was like going into a different time zone or dimension. The place is clean.
I'm not sure but the guard on duty told us that there's a 20 peso fee...

We must have arrived at noon, since we were told the monks were busy eating lunch and we could not go inside at that time! We took some photos with the big buddha at the entrance, wishing the Monks bon appetit! Nearby was a Taoist temple and a cockfight arena, both which we enjoyed.
