They overcharge . We can buy the pewter items ( same deisgn and metal ) far more cheaper in other reputed places like Petronas Towers or KL towers . We bought it for higher price and later found them at two thirds price in other show rooms.

The tour is free and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The whole set up was organised and it was a very good tour. The gift shop was good as well.
