Friendly staff, interesting characters and a welcoming atmosphere. The hot springs are more of a pool and spa. The steam room was great. The sauna was my favourite. Not for a relaxing spa weekend.

Loved the hot springs pool. Later in the evening it got to be a much louder and less reflective and respectful crowd. Enjoyed a sound ceremony in the Goddess Temple. Beautiful grounds. Really grateful for the experience here.

It is not Elizabeth Arden but it is relaxing and quiet. They have an Olympic size cold pool filled with the mineral springs water and a smaller hot spring pool.
