We've been there to see Addams Family and is one of the best theaters of Sao Paulo. Try to avoid the seats in the lateral mezzanine. The view is terrible, specially for kids. The restrooms are clean but be prepared for a line with more than 30 people to use it during the 15 minute-break
I been there several times in different plays. They use it sometimes for Broadway plays that comes to Sao Paulo. Centrally located, with easy "paid" parking, is a good theather, although not comparable to the best ones in the world.
