One of those places you go and feel like you've found a true gem. Great history, food, market, favorite has to be the restaurants on the rocks with steps and pillows to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine or a cappucino!

Fresh fruit market.. seeing the large ships arrive at the Port. The Church of Santa Euphemia.. the lovely cobbald streets. My only gripe was ..when you go into a shop you are pestered, the worst I have known.. but hey ho I an live with that.
Just so beautiful, perched right on the sea! I am here now and relaxing under an umbrella with cocktail in hand...just imagine...great place to de-stress!
Quaint and oozing with charm and character. The town comes to life at night, but in an understated and relaxed way. The cobbled streets up to the church at the top of the old town are lined with cafes, interesting shops and galleries, and the harbour and market give the place a real vibrant authentic feel.

A must - so many restaurants, a wonderful fruit market on the marina. Beautiful seafood and fresh fish. Take walking shoes with grips, many cobbled streets and they are extremely shiny cobbles!
Rovinj it's the best place to be with your love. Stay in old town and feel it complitely. Walk on the old stone streets, choose one of the local restaurants, feel the sea breaze, enjoy the fantastic wiew and listen the birds, it's the soud of Rovinj... You will never forget it!
very pleasant walk around the cobbled streets , stunning views, lovely to eat and drink over the sea, and not to expensive, and on the Saturday night there was traditional Italian band playing prompting couples dancing in the street
We visited this town for two nights. Very charming, narrow streets, all made of Istrian stone which has the quality and feel of marble. Great seafood restaurants abound. The sunsets were amazing, especially with the old town as a backdrop. Very peaceful, even with the crowds. A very pleasant town to stroll around.
Go the 1st week of June before it gets to busy. So pretty but you won't need any heeled shoes, flats with a rubber bottom would be best.
