Quiet really nice beach with steep hills(sand) here and there. Not that much rubbish lying around that we saw, but that might just be that hotel staff picks it up better here then on lets say klong dao beach. Especially in the low season..

nice and very large beach of sand..on high season there are also lots of nice bar in which you can watch at the sunset and enjoy a drink!
particularly in low season this is one to avoid, lots of rubish around, a desolate atmosphere and not much to recommend itself at all
We stayed at a local hotel Long Beach Chalet which was a 5 minute walk to Long beach, its a lovely beach perfect for swimming and runs in the early morning or late afternoon. We watched the sunset from their twice and it has been some of our best sunsets in Thailand.
Loving our morning walks on this extra long beach. In low season we hardly ever see anyone here. Very peaceful! Beautiful sunsets too.
We have been there in May 2013. Already low season and we knew everthing was deserted before we arrived. We dont care because i love beaches for myself :) The normaly crowded long beach was empty. All the shacks and bars closed. And that was also on all the other Lanta beaches. We saw a lot of groups arrivals in...

Our accommodation was 75 m from Long Beach was a stroll away. We would go to Lym's Rice Bowl for quick bite of lunch or a fruit shake or beer. I'm not sure I would be comfortable with little children on this beach in that there is a fair shelf in the sea depending on the tides and sometimes we...

This beach was quiet good for our family as we could run around and play as it was quite quiet. The only problem was the rocks on the the beach. Paradise Pearl Resort was lovely to finish our day off and watch the beautiful sunset. If you want to see the sea life though don't go here as there isn't...

Beautiful outlook, great for swimming, easily accessible from Ton Sai, and festive. Don't expect to see great sea life though. Go there and then finish off the day with dinner at Paradise Pearl Resort's restaurant on the beach, or at their reasonably-priced spa which closes at 10pm.
if you like crowds then this is the beach for you otherwise don't bother we only stayed a few minutes and then went back 'home' to kantiang
