The island is a short long tail boat ride from Sairee beach and cost about £2 each. The beach is very nice with the sea on both sides. When going into the sea there was a lot of pebbles and shells which was quite painful at times! There are a lot of fish around and some started eating my feet!... More

While on I was on my way to Koh Nang Yuan, the tour guide told us that the island is indeed a private island. We are not allowed to bring bottled water into the island. Needless to say, the drinks sold in the island was rather expensive. (eg: bottled coke at 60baht, coconut at 100baht)  Lunch was provided but there... More

I don't know swimming and this was my first experience with the Snorkeling and i just loved it. The water is very clean and at 1ft only you can spot amazing varieties of the fishes. Simply great experience. note: please take your crocs along, the beach is full of Corals.

Beautiful island, spent a few hours snorkelling there and loved it! Very popular with Korean honeymooners.

Pick up at hotel at around 8:30am, speed boat at Bophut peer at 9, after 30 min, we arrived at the Koh Phangan island, we took cars with open air seats on the back, but with shades and very safe with our youg kids, we did some Chinese and Thai temples in lush vegetation mountains, but the best thing of... A trip to this island is nice for a few hours to take some good photos, swim a bit and sunbathe. It's not a private island and it's very busy - but that is for a good reason. As with most of Koh Tao, the water is so clear and you just have to appreciate the beauty of it all.... More

Although the island itself is very beautiful, the beach isn't too great. there are rocks and shells on the beach, so wear shoes. They don't allow glass bottles in the island, but you can still find lots of trash in the water when you snorkel. I recommend hiking on top of the hill to see the picturesque view of the... More

Joined Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan day tour chartered from Koh Samui @ 1700 baht per person. We arrived on this island after a good 11/2 hour. School of fishes can be seen from the jetty. Lunch is included in our package, we had a "buffet" lunch but limited to only one serving each person. Huge crowd by lunch... More

love love love this island - picturesque and beautiful are the best words to describe this island. Snorkelling was fab and perfect for first timers as you can walk into the sea from the beach and can go as deep as you feel comfortable with! Japanese underwater garden was amazing! no water bottles or cans allowed on the island as... More

If you are on the area and you dont come see this place is like you never been here!! Unmissable really! Dont bother having sth to eat here, just enjoy the sea, the views, the snorkel and take a taxi boat to some of the busy areas of koh tao for lunch
