Very nice exhibit tracking Gandhi's relationship with Nehru on the first floor. The negative reviews seem to want flashy interactive displays with lots of Gandhi artifacts. A moving and interesting place to visit. The multi media exhibit is on par, if not better, than multi media museum exhibits I've seen at home. Provides a great insight into Indian history and provides a great sense of purpose and peace.

A typical Indian governmental museum- very neglected and too costly for foreign tourist. Has some interesting items (especially the unique golden Buddha reliquary) but many rooms are closed for unknown reasons. I recommend a visit to the very interesting and free of charge Crafts Museum instead.

This was a lovely place full of interesting information that perhaps is not so well known. Many personal things belonging to Gandhi like glasses and his day bed. He was of course a man with very few personal pocessions.
