If any tourist, irresepctive of his religion or creed, has half a day to spare, this is a must see. It is one man's creation in five years totally with voluntary support. A monument which makes every indian proud! « less

From the moment you enter the temple premises, you can feel the effort and pain that has gone in creating delicate statues and wall carvings. This modern temple is no less than any of the well know temples of India. The main hall with its gold statues, the whole experience of the Boat ride, Theatre show has left me speechless... More

Did not find it much interesting..! Beautiful architecture but a very tight security.. During holidays, it can take 1-2 hours for entry only. Moreover, you cannot take mobiles, cameras etc. Only worth one visit. If you have time..skip this and go to Jama Masjid.

Awesomely built, great architecture, don't forget to see this if you are visiting Delhi. Do watch the show held every 2 hours to know more about the story of Swami Narayan and his journey. I have never seen such a big screen in Delhi NCR. If you watch the shows you will see that as well. Also, there is a... More

It is quite staggering that this temple was completed in such a short time and within the past decade. The whole experience provides pointers to the deeply rooted spirituality, morality and culture of India. The temple itself is a mind-blowing ediface and the thought that has gone in to ancillary exhibitions provided a fascinating insight in to India and its... More

Visited the temple and found it stunning. The whole architecture is amazing and so is the gardens and fountains. The lights show in the evening is amazing and so is the history ride. The food court is amazing with all types of savories and sweetmeats. The only disappointing this is that you can’t take any camera equipment with you and... More

The huge Akshardham Temple is a great place to visit as it orients you with the spiritual side of India. It's an excellent experience to enjoy the peace of the place.
