Not a place like Amber fort, where children/kids and even some youngsters can spend or be occupied by having different views and go around and around. Personally, our family felt little boring after having visited Mysore last year. No information about anything is published around the palace; one need to take a guide if the visit has to be informative.

A must to see when visiting Jaipur. The site is rich in history & guide is essential to know all the details. It was not the places I liked in Jaipur, but it is interesting to see. I Recommend The complex and the museum.

With the King and Queen still residing in the Palance...it has been divided for the tourists...nice history and well maintained...but donot buy anything from the shops inside it.

Worth the visit, stunning building, we had a good guide which helped. I think it is not so good for small children but stirs your imagination as adults. make sure on all visits that you carry water the heat is quite sapping. Gin and tonic when you return to the hotel. Once was enough. It's in our memory box.

The art work, the stone work, the collections were all mind boggling. Just wish the hawkers weren't so persistent. On the way in saw the snake charmers and with their cobras. My husband pet one even though we know the snake's poison was no longer available.
