Samsing is a beautiful place to visit for a day trip along with Suntalekhola and others. Dooars has always been in my list of places of interests. Places like Samsing makes the place more beautiful with tea gardens, hills etc.

Samsing offers a natural beauty spot - tea garden, mountains & a river - located in the Dooars is best visited from Lataguri, where there are several hotels - we stayed at the Green Lagoon. Samsing is also a picnic spot - on the hilltop or by the river down below.

If you love natural beauty, Tea Gardens, valleys, rivers, Samsing will allow you to finish 1 film rolls; but you should have an eye for that!

There are far more beautiful places in North Bengal. It was big let down. If you really want to enjoy please put this at the beginning of your trip. Never put it in the middle. The view is as common as it can get. The Vegetation is nothing special. I will not recommend any seasoned traveler to this place.

Situated at the Darjeeling district in West Bengal,within three hours journey from New Jalpaiguri.The road from NJP goes through the Tea gardens of Dooars after crossing the Sevoke bridge.Then a left turn from Chalsa and upclimbing starts.Both sides of the road are surrounded by tea gardens.These are the the famous tea gardens of Dooars.Atlast comes the Samsing Tea garden.The river...
