I am a landscape photographer. I have visited under normal water conditions only to find the trails into the gorge closed. That is a HUGE disappointment. It is however a great park for families to visit. It is kind of touristy but that is why it is a family attraction. If you want a waterfall that isnt spoiled by development... More

This was our first visit to the park. I was under the impression that you had to pay to enter the park but there is a lot you can experience for free. Our daughter loved the up close experience with the geese and ducks. The waterfall was beautiful. The playground is great. I wasn't sure we were ever going to... More

The park was actually closed when we were there for a BBQ festival, but they let us in to walk around. It was a beautiful location and the story behind it is heartbreaking.

We stayed here two nights in a 35' 5th wheel. We drove about an hour out of our way to see this park and were glad we did. For the price, it was a very nice campground -- clean restrooms, shaded sites, very nice hiking trails. The falls are a few hundred feet away from the campsites and are beautiful.... More

Took a quick day trip to see the falls. Glorious waterfall and a lovely park, awesome scenery. Great for adults and kids alike. To access the park where the falls are located is free, if you wish to go into the other part, it is only a mere $6.00 for adults, they have reduced rates for children and seniors. Can't... More

It is a great place to just get out and relax. Relaxing falls, very nice play area for kiddos, picnicking areas, and of course the train. If you are there in the winter, they have excellent holiday lights.

I can't speak to the campground, as we've never camped there. The falls themselves are really impressive, and as the Falls are not far from the interstate, this is definitely worth a stop - either to entertain the kids or to walk around for a restful breather.

What a fun time we had visiting Noccalula Falls during Christmas to see all of the lights. It was well worth our time, very affordable. Great to have a place like this to visit even in the cold weather.

We always take visiting family to see the waterfall here in Gadsden on the mountain. It is especially beautiful in the Spring with all the water. There is so much history here and we now also have a new hike through the gorge and along Black Creek!! Beautiful!!

The falls are beautiful and the story of the Indian princess who threw herself over the falls because her father killed her love is interesting. There is a minature railroad that traverses the park that I highly recommend.
