We had lunch here one day, along with coffee the next day. I had the iced coffee, which I really enjoyed. The food, to me, was just okay.

This is a really nice little place with great coffee and an excellent breakfast selection. They have free wi-fi and everyone seems very laid back and friendly.

My friend and I had the best breakfast in all of Costa Rica here. And the best part about it... really reasonably priced like $6-$10 per person for a nice sized breakfast.

Simply love the food and the coffee. It's a very casual place with a resident cat named Marmel (I believe) who spends most of his day sleeping and investigating the patrons. The coffee/smoothies/salads and wraps are declicious and are clearly made fresh. We've been here every morning this week for lunch and don't feel like searching out another place when... More

During our week stay at Manuel Antonio we went on three different occasions to eat dinner and the meals were too die for. All foods were made with fresh ingrediants....from the vegetables, fish, pork and beef. We are from NYC if we had Cafe Milagros in NYC we would one of their frequent customers. If in Manuel Antonio you need... More

Very cute cafe and excellent food. They blended coffee drinks are out of this world! I had a chicken salad wrap with fantastic flavor. Great view of the Marina.

When ever I make it to Manuel Antonio I make sure to get my coffee from Cafe Milagro. They roast their beans in the neighboring town of Quepos, the food is very good and staff is friendly. Stop in at night and have the Tico cafe...it has a nice little kick.
