We didnt get much of a wine tour here, but the lunch and matching wines were fantastic, particularly the steak cooked on a hot rock, highly recommended in the Uco valley.
One of the best lunches we had in Argentina, both presentation and taste were great. I will admit that no one did explain what we were eating or explain the wine pairings (except for telling us what wine they were pouring)....but, we were sitting right by the kitchen and I just asked the chef as we went on! A great... More
I was really disappointed by our experience at Andeluna. It started off well as the place is just beautiful and our tour guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our bad experience at lunch killed the rest of the experience. The lunch was several courses with wine pairing and the expectation is to learn about the wine and how it... More
This winery is just near Salentein winery. The tour here was just so so, very short and really nothing exciting. BUT.. The food here was absolutely amazing. It's a definite must !!!
Our group of five enjoyed our visit to Andeluna Cellars. Upon arrival, a knowledgeable and friendly guide gave us a tour of the winery. After the tour, we had our wine tasting. There are two things we liked. First, they give you options for the tasting so you could choose they type of wine as well as price range for... More
We had a fantastic lunch here at the winery. We had a 5 course meal. The presentation was amazing. The highlight was an eggplant Parmesan tart. The fillet of beef was tender. The dessert, creme brûlée was scrumptious. The chef was wonderful and the service was perfect. The wine pairing was superb. A wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
we had a reservation for lunch through our local hotel. After a short cellar tour we had a lovelly 5 cours lunch with winepairing. Absolutely worth it. Beautifull views of the Andes
We chose to tour the Andeluna Winery in Mendoza, Argentina area. The winery is a huge production and the tour is so memorable. We tasted some fabulous wines with the Andes Mountains as the scenery behind the vineyards. Our lunch for this day was here at the winery and you must do this when visiting the Uco Valley. Their restaurant... More
Arranged a wine tour today, 3 wineries, (Kayak tours) and had lunch at Andeluna. Food was amazing, same as views from the open restaurant! There is an open kitchen and views directly on the vineyards. Def worth a visit if you want to spend a little money on excellent food and wines!
This day in early November we set out to visit Valle de Uco. Our base hotel was Lares de Chacras. That day was sunny and clear with lovely views of snow capped Andes. We travel on the highway for about 1.30 hours. Our first stop was Bodega O Fournier . We were curious to see this ultra-modern concrete building, not... More
