Well there is lots of sand and water they have showers and bathrooms picnic barbecue areas I dont like the oil rigs and the high price to pitch a tent and most visitors are Californians though there are a lot of people from other places. There is a brewery very close which has great beer
I like the beach, the restaurants are not exceptional, the town is claustrophobic, but the beach has parking. Close to the train tracks.

This beach is great pet friendly, clean, sand was great to make sand castles. Bathrooms were also very well kept, and near by. Walking distance to eat.

Peaceful, not too crowded, easy safe beach for the kids. Lots of clean sand and a great place to walk.
Walking on the beach is great at sunset. One can get lost on the expanse and most people have gone by sunset.
The location is amazing, beach front and easy to get to.
