Had a great time with the instructor. He gave us a ton of opportunities to catch waves! we all even stood up on the waves!

Marcus was the best instructor. I had never surfed before and he had me up and surfing in no time. Some of the rides lasted up to 30 seconds. He took me to the perfect place to learn and taught me the fundamentals one step at a time. I couldn't of had a better experience while in Huntington Beach. Thanks... More

i had 3 awesome days with marcus and ed! it was a lot of fun and I enjoyed it very much. I'm not american but it was easy to understand them. we started learning on tiny waves but in the end even higher waves were no big deal :) thanks a lot. and seriously, you guys rock!

Very friendly and made it a really fun experience. I learned to surf much faster than a Midwestern boy should have. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Ask for Ed.

My cousins had previously tried to teach me to surf with no success so I didn't have high expectations for being successful with this lesson. We were in town for the marathon and thought it would cool to try a surf lesson. Our instructor Marcus was awesome and had everyone in our group surfing in no time. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the surf riders academy!
