Nice beach and facilities, but can get a bit hot here, especially without any shade. Be prepared to find a bar with a beer, not a bad way to spend the day here.

Fantastic beach away from the crowds. It can get a little dirty after a storm, but that's not uncommon in this part of the world.

Cleaner, tidier and much less noisy than any of the other beaches in Sihanoukville. Calm waters perfect for swimming and white sand lined with deck chairs and relaxed bars and restaurants. There is no point in staying in the main part of Sihanoukville that is seedy, dirty and full of beggars when Otres Beach is an easy $4 tuk tuk.

A getaway for ultimate relaxation! This beach is quiet, perfect for yoga and meditation. Try swimming at night to experience little glowing plankton although it's not visible on the beach itself you can see it by moving your hands fast in water. Much more peaceful and attractive than the beaches right in Sihanoukville. I found Otres 2 -- the eastern end, separated from the more developed Otres 1 by about a mile of empty beach -- to be the pleasantest part of the beach. Nice view of off shore islands.

I stayed at Seagarden Bungalows twice & loved it! Slightly pricier than others but right on the beach, I had a double bed to myself. They had hammocks, loungers & comfy chairs :) less hassle than serendipity & the owners took care of me when I was ill!!!!

Very nice beach. SUprising bamboo hut restaurants behind. Went into a bamboo hut toilet expecting the worst and found a fully fitted and workig clean western toilet. Beach not quite as gentle as the main beach

Probably the best looking beach around here, sea calmer and less hassle from beach sellers than Ocheuteal beach.
