A very solid spa. The male locker room was clean and well equipped. Service was also good in the locker room. The relaxation room was not great, spend time waiting in the courtyard. My massage was very good although 50 mins is never long enough.

Usually even a so so massage is better than none, but in this case I wish I'd saved my money. The facility and the gift shop is very nice. I wish I'd spent my $ in the gift shop for product rather than spending it for spa services for my spouse and I.

Had a Swedish massage done by a 40 something eastern european lady. Not the best massage I got. Not sure I'll be back or change therapist.

Beautiful outdoor area, exceeding all expectations of what an ourdoor relaxation area should be. Really enjoyed the eucalyptis steam room with cold shower readily available. The hotel is legendary and so is the spa. Loved the sense of arrival, the service, wanted to have a nap in the change rooms it was that relaxing. We sipped champagne by the pool, had a massage and pedicure...so fun and princess like! If you like spas do this.

We booked a couple massage, twice. Both times the service and massage were excellent. The facilities in the spa itself are outstanding. Of special note were the steam room with cold shower, and the outdoor lounge area.
