A lovely area for walking, hiking or picnicking. Make sure that you have directions since it's a little tricky to find. There's a nice playground for young children and restroom facilities at the beginning of the trails.

The playground is situated "on top of the world". The views are spectacular. The equipment offers a nice variety of play choices. There is a toilet open to the public. Temperatures tend to drop quick so bring a jacket.

This park is takes driving up almost 1000 feet to get there from PCH in Laguna Beach. It has tennis courts, balls fields, play yard, restrooms and a great view of Laguna Beach and Woods Canyon. Fun place to have a picnic and enjoy the view.

While staying in Mission Viejo, we wanted to find a hike within a half hour, researched a bit and came up with Alta Laguna Park.
