I've been here atleast 7-8 times. And each time we visit a different area. My kids love it. The space shuttle was absolutely amazing. My kids preschool/Kindergarten takes them here at least once a year.

Interesting exhibits throughout, but the star of this show is definitely the Space Shuttle Endeavor. Walking into the hangar where it is displayed took my breath away! It feels like you can touch it and you really have a chance to see it from all angles.
I really enjoyed this museum. Was able to see the main attraction. The space shuttle Endeavour. There were a lot of hands on stuff to do. This museum was ver inexpensive and a person could easily spend the entire day in there. I would highly recommend this museum to visit.
We came here primarily to see the Endeavour exhibit, but wished we'd had more than a day to explore. Tons of hands-on things to do and see... pet a starfish, see your own heat signature, watch a flash flood happen, and it's all free (except for Endeavour, which was only $2). We'll definitely be returning in the future.
We went here a couple of times while living in the LA area and it was fantastic! It does get extremely crowded but the exhibits are well laid out and it never felt like it was as crowded as it was. The gift shop was amazing only because if you have a child that is into science like mine is,...

If you like science, and learning about our earth, this is the place to go. An added plus is the space shuttle Endeavor, which is on permanent display for an additional (nominal) charge.
When visiting Los Angeles, California, please visit the California Science Center to see the Endeavour. If you have never seen a space shuttle, you can get so close and personal and to see this exhibiit is so exciting and fun. The museum is great parking was meter .The price was 2$ a person but this was priceless .Great resturant Chipole,Chick fa le and others
Very busy, packed, long lines, not much to keep smaller children, age two, busy. Bathrooms dirty, do not take the elevator takes FOREVER, all in all its free something to do on an off day for the family, but bring a lunch food is VERY EXPENSIVE N LONG LINES
